IMHO, you probably are having a better effect on them than you think; keep up with any opportunity to mention the Bible, or give a quote. People remember those things decades later, ya know ? Suddenly they find their way back.
Chaplain I knew stated he’s reminded now of the period of Judges where every twenty years or so (so a generation) Israel would forget their past and have to have some crisis shock them back into seeking God’s grace.

Yes, a return to God will help immensely. I also think that parents have to find alternatives to public education for their children. This where the socialists have gained a strong foothold. Brainwashing, particularly at such a young age, is difficult to reverse.

I was watching Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid the other day, and my seven-year-old girl asked me if the two criminals were the good guys or the bad guys.
That made me think about how hollyweird gradually slipped in the “anti-hero,” then gradually morphed them into the heroes. Butch and Sundance are the heroes of the movie, criminals though they are. How about “The Graduate,” in which the “hero” engages in adultery then tries to marry his accomplice’s daughter?
How can we recover when half the population is deceived as to the facts of every event and issue by all segments of the media?
The other night I was having a pleasant conversation with a stranger when the topic turned to the theater shooting in Colorado. I remarked that, had a citizen had a concealed weapon, the casualty count could perhaps have been limited to one — the shooter. At that, all rationality left his face. He became furious, stood up, put his coat on, and stormed out muttering something about how such an armed citizen would have killed “three or four” people while trying to hit the shooter.
I never got a chance to point out that “three or four” would have been an improvement, much less ask him why he thought that would have happened. His opinion was hardened to the point of irrationality, and there would have been no point in trying to reason with him.
The schools play a role in such brainwashing, yes, but I blame the media more.

I don’t believe it’s possible given that most of the children are still in the hands of Marxists. The greater problem is that we don’t present a clearly better alternative. Conservatives aren’t living a life of great marriages, happy children, and ethical business practices. Far too many “conservative” politicians have the same loose living, pay to play lifestyle as the leftists.

One huge problem is that we have career politicians that actually go to college to study how to be a politician. We need smart conservative hard working people to put careers on hold and go to Washington for a term or two like it used to be!
I thought we were the only ones that did that!!!
Society began its turn away from God in the sixties. That which was considered off-beat, weird and criminal has become in EVERY institution has been infiltrated and dominent with these socialistic beliefs - schools/universities, govenment, religion, etc.
Watched this movie at my church one night. Don’t understand why the socialists have made so much progress so quickly or what motivates them.
The US Department of Education was created in 1912.
It has been the primary vehicle of mind-control for tax-paid teaching of their Socialist ideas for each generation of budding young politicians for the last 100 years.
