Wow this is a surprise. I always thought of them as more of a lib group.

I was just wondering where anonymous would fall on this. Whatever their politics, they’re a good group to have on your side.
OWS types and Tea Partiers worked together after Sandy in assisting the people of Staten Island and the Rockaways. While I hold no truck with their marxism, they seem not to be the regimented drones of communists and they have a genuine distrust for big institutions. At a time when we may need any ally, I would not write them off.
They could be sensing that civil war is coming too.
I don’t quite know how to digest this either. They don’t make idle threats, and they definitely have a problem with authority. I guess the zero wandered into their sights this time.

I wonder if some other group isn’t co-opting Anonymous’ name and notoriety on this. Gun rights don’t seem to fit their usual objectives. I’m not sold on Anonymous’ part in this.

There have been three so-called Anonymous clips in the past three months, all of which have been debunked as hoaxes by posers passing themselves off as Anonymous.
Anonymous has a vastly different agenda than what’s portrayed here. They are pro-homosexual but anti-pedophile, allied with the Occutards, harbor a particular hatred of Scientologists, and want unrestricted downloads of movies and music files (in other words, they want free stuff).
Criticizing Dear Leader and Socialism, and supporting those eeeeevil guns, is not their MO in the least. This is most likely another hoax.
Anonymous disclaims this as a hoax, not truly from Anonymous.
It’s a shame. If they had any sense they’d embrace it for real.
