If it is such a great idea, then having the Federal Government doing it should be no problem. Since they will be footing the bill, whenever the costs skyrocket and the rules change daily, it is their ugly step-child to administer.

Idaho currently follows thousands of rules and regulations imposed by the federal government in all aspects of governing the state.That right there, by itself, is a sad sack state of affairs.
States created the federal government.

There is no authority granted to the feds to run healthcare (or most of what they do). BOTH parties are complicit in creating new and more insidious powers everyday for the feds. It is dangerous and criminal.
