“If you’re found guilty of a crime involving a gun, you have a mandatory 3 yr. additional sentence.”

Which may sound ok, until you reach for a top shelf at Walmart and your Concealed Carry is exposed, and you’re charged with.....whatever....

It means absolutely nothing. What means something is what the Justice System does with the laws it has.

Unfortunately, our Justice System is mostly controlled and staffed by criminals who dispense Justice with an OPEN EYE and OPEN POCKET.

If Judges won’t enforce ‘the law’ on the (criminally) rich who can afford to pay the piper, then the (criminally) rich will prosper and grow.
