That newspaper has to be held liable. Why not publish a list of all homes in the area having any gold, silverware, etc.? Where is the president on coming out and telling everyone to settle down? (Crickets chirping....)

As far as I’m concerned, Journal News set out invitations for these crimes.

I hope to hell that homeowner sues that paper for every nickel it has, and every dime of liability insurance it has. I’d want to end up owning it, and then I’d close it and just walk away.

The resident should sue the newspaper for triple damages, and in a just society, would win.

I wouldn’t close it, if I owned it. I’d run it in accordance with my views. I could fund some decent journalists who would write articles that reflect the new direction the paper was heading. :)

It’s time to sue.

I’d want to end up owning it, and then I’d close it and just walk away.

If I ended up owning that paper, writers like Victor Davis Hanson, Jonah Goldberg and Thomas Sowell would have a home in the op-ed pages.

I’d say not yet. It needs to be a class action lawsuit.

Individual lawsuits could probably be defended against very readily.

This was the plan from the beginning. Even responsible gun owners are arming criminals. The very presence of guns makes them available to thieves... Therefore, EVERYONE must be disarmed to keep the guns out of the hands of bad guys.

I’d sue...I’d get the biggest law firm available and go after the jokers that have endangered so many people....

Some things I have noticed about both homes..

They waited till no one was home.

Both homes had safes.

None of the safes where breached. However one must have been small and unmounted because they carried it away.

Libs will blame the gun owner for this. And once again we have to rely on foreign media to tell us what Pravda USA won’t.

Indeed. It’s going to happen more and more. And this is no different than the Democrats directing assassination squads to your door - in fact, it is exactly the same tactic that got the nazist Matt Hale imprisoned.

A distinction without a difference.

Fascism/liberalism/progressivism cannot deliver on its promises and therefore perpetual crisises must exist so as to distract the masses from its perpetual failures.
