No, Mr. Chris Matthews of MSNBC, defenders of the 2nd Amendment (conservative and liberal) are not segregationists. I had two great-great-great uncles that fought with the Union side in the War Between the States (1861-1865). My Republican representatives (House and Senate) supported the Civil Rights Acts of 1866, 1871, 1875, 1957, 1960, 1964, 1968, and 1991.
