In regards to the right to bear arms, the wording is much clearer as to the intent. Please take the time to read it because it is a clarification of the Federal Right.
Please remember that ALL 13 STATES were ordered to write their STATE Constitution PRIOR TO the ratification of the Federal Constitution. I believe they all contain a right to bear arms. You can read them at The Avalon Project on line.
