The Law is worthless and will do Nothing without Severe Felony Criminal Penalties attached. Why would anyone believe that a Person sworn to upheld the Law would EVER adhere to those same laws??

Good. I’m seeing a lot of great proposals coming out of various state legislatures in American blue states. This is where the fight against the criminal fascist syndicate occupying Washington must take place.

Curious aside. Wondering if a drone were to fly over say San Francisco if that would be designated as “One flew over the Cuckoos nest”?

Just a thought.

Anyone that sees a drone, is obligated to try and shoot it down.

Florida’s legislature is solid republican as is the governor. For some reason, (vote fraud), the state went blue for the presidential election the last two cycles.

The law IS worthless. But first, our government overlords will need to concoct or take advantage of some real or imagined crisis so the law can be struck down. If ONE child is “saved” through drone surveillance....

“Sen. Joe Negron, a Stuart Republican who sponsored the bill, first agreed to some changes that made it more acceptable to police chiefs and sheriffs.

“The panel amended the bill to make exceptions to the ban for search warrants signed by judges and for certain emergencies such as fires and hostage situations.

“The bill also includes an exception for terrorism-related searches.”

Lots of loopholes for a rogue Florida state administration to exploit in an unconstitutional way. Or these provisions could be used to enhance public safety consistent with the constitution.

There is nothing unconstitutional about drones per se, IMO. It’s all up to who the voters entrust with the power. Judging from the FL voter’s preference for Barry, I am concerned!
