A mentally challenged 15-year-old girl was gang-raped beneath her desk during class — only feet away from her teachers — at an Elmont, N.Y., school, according to a lawsuit filed Friday. When the girl reported the horrific incident the next day, school officials failed to report it, the victim’s mother claimed in the suit.
The special-needs teen, known by the initials K.J., was allegedly sexually assaulted for 10 minutes under her desk by two teenage boys, as another “hit her on the head whenever she tried to escape,” during science class at Martin De Porres Academy, claims the lawsuit

Sounds like a charming school to be in, either as a teacher or a student. These kids have already been kicked out of NY public school special ed.

There is a lot of information missing from the article... Nassau Poilice was called as soon as the event was reported by the student. Not all the facts are true. It was never proven that this actually took place. Clearly a case of someone trying to sue to get money. Why else would student still attend school???? The truth will come out... It always does.
And what happens during the 15 min that the teacher is OUT of the classroom, frogmarching, if that's what happens while he is still IN there?!?
Yes, They are clearly nice boys that got a bad rap. I'm sure the only reason they were living at a a residence for juvenile delinquents was because someone else lied about those nice boys too.
I'm also sure that the boy that put a gash over the girl's eye really didn't mean to do it. In fact, she probably just fell.
The internal investigation that resulted in the firing of the teacher was probably because they wanted to fire the teacher anyway.
The papers always have a way to twist the truth. I’m sure the teacher was at fault which is why they were fired. There are a few more details which aren’t being shown here but are bring shown on other sources on Internet...
I think the mere fact they knew he could do that kept them from acting too outrageous. Also he had lower hall duty which meant his classroom was near the principals office. It also meant that in effect he was the school bouncer. This duty involved stopping as many as 3 trouble makers from invading the school.

Presuming of course that this is accurate I would file criminal charges on the teachers.
This poor girl shouldn’t have even been anywhere near those rabid animals.
