He plagiarized that right out of McCain's website.
It is the same yabbadabbadoodah they have been spewing for years.
What makes Rubio think this idea is going to work any better than the previous ones? Show us how you intent to enforce it, and it might be worth listening to.
But, as with McCain in 2008, he never could convince people that his plan was any more enforceable than the previous immigration plans.
