Louisiana Governor Jindal proposes ending state income tax

Republican Governor Bobby Jindal said on Thursday he wants to eliminate all Louisiana personal and corporate income taxes to simplify the state's tax code and make it more friendly to business.

This would be a good thing for Louisiana IF he can pull it off. It would put more money into the hands of the taxpayers/consumers, boost the business climate by a huge margin which should result in jobs and economic growth. Yeah, that ought to be “unconstitutional” somewhere in the federal regulations. Some commie federal judge somewhere will declare it “unconstitutional”. /s

Thus the great race ensues between red and blue states.

Nebraska Gov. is also proposing eliminating the state income tax as well but it might only be partially cut this time around.
