"Save Texas. It's the last." Words of warning.

Not long ago I was telling a customer that the product she was testing was from Oregon. The lady, who was probably in her early 70's, shivered when I mentioned Oregon and said she used to live there. I asked her if Oregon was too cold for her. She said, "No I ran away from Oregon to live in Texas." So I said, "Well good. I was reading a news article just this morning about how Texas is thriving with a budget surplus and low unemployment. She replied, "Oh I know, I've lived here for a while now. I ran away from Oregon because there are too many crazies there." (I suspected by crazies she meant leftists but was being circumspect since she did not know me.)

She went on to say she used to live in New York but left to get away from the crazies. She went to Oregon which was fine till the crazies from California started moving there too. "I love Texas," she said. "Save Texas it's the last." I said,"I know just what you mean and I agree with you." And she said again, "I love Texas. Save Texas. It's the last."

I had noticed from the beginning of our exchange that she had a foreign accent. So before she left I asked her where she was from originally. "I am from Russia, she said. "Save Texas. It's the last."

I am employed by a very high end retail company MANY of my
regular clients are from Russia and fled many years ago for the freedom
our country. Almost ALL have their own businesses and cannot believe
what we are letting happen to our wonderful country, THEY ALL can see
what is coming, also FYI all have sent their children to our American
schools and universities and have become so disappointed how their
own children do not see how important FREEDOM is!!! I speak very
openly with many of my clients I frankly do not care how my employer
would feel about this!!! GO TEXAS YOU ARE OUR LAST STAND!!!

Just keep in mind please.

Factories in America keep moving to Asia. For more than 20 years now, more and more.

Asia is now for the first time, taking the lead.

Sure stand up for Texas, but also stand up for America.

Just saying.

I can’t remember where I read it, maybe on Free Republic or maybe some other forum. But somewhere a poster wrote. “Texas is my country now.”

I hope it has not really come to that. But if it ever does, I am glad I live in Texas.

I’d like to build a fence around our whole state and keep the furiners out!

Anyone who wasn’t born here would have to leave, and you’d need a passport if you wanted to visit for a while..........

Okay—I don’t mean it (sorta_

Oh, great....we live in Oregon....and NO, not in Portlandia. We were in Texas over the holidays...visited Hill Country which seems nice, but the southern part of the state, shall we say, is heading toward Mexicoville? (We were in San Antonio). May try spending a month in the Hill Country some time...but moving there seems unlikely. When the water runs out, there’s going to be REAL problems.

I think she is correct, Idaho is pretty much filled up now but there is plenty of room for Californians left in Texas.

I hope you do not mind, I forwarded this information on to Governor Perry. This is the stuff he needs to consider and hear every day of the week.

We need a new bumper sticker. “I don’t give a damn how you did in in LA LA land.”

Or

“Cowboy Up. Texas isn’t LA LA land.”

I moved back to TX this last summer after having lived in CA for several years and am surprised at the advancement liberalism has taken here. Nanny statism, etc. I am trying to warn everyone not to let it happen. Still better than CA and not too late to stop it now.

If we can turn back the tide in Michigan, it can be turned back just about anywhere short of the northeast and west coast. It just takes enough people willing to stand their ground and fight.

You might also want to send it to Dewhurst and Strauss. They are our real problems and Strauss was just re-elected.

I saw a fellow Texan this evening who was picking up my son to go to a duck hunt tomorrow. The man said he believes it will start, sooner than later, and that the communist nationalist socialist revolutionaries are doing this to mask the economic collapse to occur in the very near future. He expects battle action within a very short time period. My friend who is a crack shot said he expects to start out as a Colonel and end up as a general. He was not kidding. It appears that people are organizing already.

I'm good with that. When I was a young airman stationed in New Mexico, and the babies were due, I sent the wife back home to Texas to have each of them. I wasn't gonna have my babies born outside of Texas.

It also had the side effect of me not being there during the event, but that was ok.

My daughter lives in OR, Corvallis it is so beautiful and most of the people are very friendly. It seems that property rights are eroding quickly there; can’t collect rainwater or target practice on your own land (or so I hear).

I see what you did there.

Not really. It's harsh here in Texas, too. If it don't have a stinger in it's tail, it's got one in it's mouth. Hell, our grass has burrs. Summers are killers with the heat and the drought. And it's full of us rednecks that won't put up with liberal crap.
