The Founders provided a way to do that.

Go for it.

Even with cheating and law breaking the feds couldn’t get the ERA ammendment passed and ratified in 90 years.
(It was first introduced in 1923 by Kansas Republicans Sen. Charles Curtis and Rep. Daniel R. Anthony, Jr.)

Imagine trying to repeal the 2nd Ammendment.
