When Do Too Many Mass Murder Shootings Defy Probability and Bring Out the Conspiracy Theorists?

I remember on September 11, 2001 getting ready for work and hearing on Fox, which I kept on almost all the time, that a plane had flown into one of the towers of the World Trade Center.

I began watching the coverage, and I saw with my own eyes the 2nd plane fly into the 2nd tower. Although not an intel analyst, nor the son of one, I immediately said to myself that this was no coincidence, that it was a coordinated effort.

I didn't need the Pentagon plane or Flight 93 crashing in a Pennsylvania field to do more than underscore what I already knew in my gut.

I am very suspicious right now regarding too many mass murder shootings.. Especially, my suspicions runneth over regarding my government.

If "Fast and Furious" taught me anything, it taught me that my current U.S. government will knowingly run an illegal, covert gun operation that kills hundreds of Mexicans south of the border, and even some Americans on our own side. Fast and Furious taught me that my government will commit clandestine murder purely and intentionally in order to attack gun sales and gun ownership.

What this means is that my government is rabid -- beyond obsessed -- about grabbing our guns.

This very same government's current gun control schemes will be injured if "too much" time passes after the Sandy Hook shootings, and people have time to process their rights absent media hysteria.

In other words, my gun-grabbing government NEEDS gun incidents and anti-gun hysterics to remain in the spotlight in the media.

“Crazy! That is absolutely paranoid, conspiratorial CRAZY!” most would say to me (as I’m saying it to myself…) Crazy is definitely the right word. Because that’s the MO for the shooters who are gunning down everyone from school kids to theater attendees. We’re told they’re crazy, nuts, needing psychometric medication, off their rocker, lunatics and suicidists. Crazy is as crazy does.

However, it took only 2 planes on 9/11. At that point, I knew something was up. How many public shootings in a relatively compact timeframe before I'm convinced that we are somehow defying probability?

Have you ever wondered how the Islamic Jihadists recruit their bomb vest volunteers? I’m betting they don’t run ads in the newspapers or on Al-Jazeera.

Yes, there is mass hysteria, and sometimes FR readers have it too.

There is no conspiracy. There are a lot of copycat mental cases who see the news and the attention given to the murderers, and say “I’ll show em.”

The government is opportunistic but they don’t plan and plot these things.

I'm not qualified to begin to answer that question. But I'd like to hear from more sane persons about the subject.

I still remember when California prepared a gun ban list, then set it aside. They then released seven time inmate of mental institutions, Pat Purdy onto the Public.

Allowed him to buy a handgun in Cali, even passed the waiting period.

Then bought a rifle in Oregon, went to the Stockton School yard and opened fire.

Then the anti-gun bill was quickly brought out and passed before the blood was even dry in the school yard.

Google search stuck the date “Dec. 11, 2012” on the listing for the condolence statement by united way. You can find a few of these with google:

They do do everything they can to set the stage, place the actors, promote the performance, sell the tickets, and pop the popcorn.

And when the performance "inevitably" happens, they just happen to have the legislation already written and ready to pass and be signed into law, why, you don't even need to read it before you vote on it!

Curiously enough, the prepackaged legislation never increases freedom, never reduces taxes, never eliminates regulations.
