“Michelle Bachmann BARELY won last November.”

She should be glad for that. Her presidential bid was a train wreck, and she did herself lasting damage in her attacks on other conservatives. Damn shame.

El Rushbo lives in FL.
If Hitlery Clinton can be a carpetbagger, so can Rush.

I don’t think Rush would want to move from FL to MN. I don’t think Rush wants to give up his day time job. MN is the bluest of blue states. It has not voted for a GOP presidential candidate since 1972. Rush wouldn’t have a prayer there even if he wanted to move from from FL to MN and give up just about the best job one could ever ask for.

... give up just about the best job one could ever ask for.
That's my point, exactly. He's had the "best job" of talking a good game for over 20 years. It's now time to put down the mike and DO something besides talk.

I’m not a Pawlenty fan but he’s probably the best choice and I would send what money I could.

Between the voter fraud, the lawyers and the idiot so-called Republican voters who thought it more moral to vote "third party" than for Coleman, why would anyone want to run? It would take cooperation with all Republican factions and there's no evidence they would all put their muscle behind any Republican.

This is why we have Franken and this is why we have Obamacare. Thanks a lot.

You got that right, Pawlenty doesn't excite me, either but compared to Franken, he's very exciting. We must pledge to do everything to get behind all Republican candidates. If MN can't reign in that "third party" faction, I wouldn't bother with it, either.

These "third party" factions are destroying us. If it weren't for those 3000 people in MN, we wouldn't have Obama care. and perhaps if those moronic "third party" candidates had not pitched their hissy fit and voted against Romney, we may have had a different outcome, if we would get serious about voter fraud. We must use all strategies to root out this evil of liberalism.

“I wish Jason Lewis would run against Weird Al.”

That makes two of us.

OK......what if Rush carpetbagged up to MN......do you honestly think he would have a snowball’s chance in hell....given Rush’s politics.....given MN’s ultra liberal politics?

Moreover, should Rush ever decide to run for public office (which I doubt he ever will) his personal life would come under scrutiny again and I don’t think he needs or wants that. Rush is doing a fine job where he is now.

Gov. RINO Green-jeans?

No. Tim can stay wherever the hell he's at.

Tom Emmer would be excellent. Only beat out by the DFL-mafia here by a slim margin for Governor.

Allen West should run for Congress again and reclaim his FL congressional seat which was apparently stolen from him with usual Dem hijinks and foul play. As with Rush, he would be viewed as a carpetbagger in MN and also probably way too conservative for that ultra blue state. Aren’t there any local MN Republicans who could run against Al Franken?

What's stopping Rush from running in a state where he has an even chance of winning?
And Rush's personal life has been given a DemoRat anal exam a thousand times. WTF has he got to worry about?
And it's not just Rush - it's all the talkers - that's all they do is talk.

A conservative talk show has no chance to win an ultra-left state like MN——the ONLY state RR never carried——last time state voted for gop presidential candidate was 1972.

Not to say a GOP candidate cannot win a senate seat there. But their best chance is to find a LOCAL candidate familiar with state and local issues. Rush isn’t going to do it and neither is Allen West. Trust me.

How about Tim Pawlenty? He has the charisma of a gray brick, but he’d be an improvement.

Pawlenty should run for that seat, if for nothing else but to redeem himself for letting the 'Rats roll him in Coleman/Franken recount.

In Minnesota here, Pawlenty is on the right-wing.

Tom was beat not by the DemonRats but by the Republicans!

They ran that RINO rump Tom Horner to draw away the necessary votes.

I can swear to it because I was involved in the recount. No D's voted for Horner, Just R's - as per plan.
