One word: “SHALL”. This word carries the force of law. Try to take away our means of defending ourselves against a tyrannical government, then that means that the government violates the Constitution, and with that, means that they have become the domestic enemy, lose legitimacy, and must be replace by individuals who will abide by the Constitution. Anything less constitutes treason, and will be dealt with accordingly.
I’m thinking more along the lines of torches and pitchforks.

There have already been a massive amount of infringement on the right to keep and bear arms. It’s nice to see some folks waking up to the threat but do they really mean what they say? Are they really for repealing all gun laws?

Refusing to obey an unlawful order is an obligation. “I was only following orders” is NOT a valid reason for obeying an unlawful order and may even open you up to criminal prosecution. It is not to be taken lightly.
All that said, I REFUSE to obey ANY order that violates my 2nd Amendment rights. That unlawful order, if and when it comes, is an act of war against the citizens of this country.

I understand what you are saying, but in all fairness, keep this in mind:
If there were ever a plan to ever confiscate weapons, any bold statements of armed rebellion or possession on the INTERNET would make you the first to be visited and easy to find.
Likewise, anyone provoking people to make such statements such as yours, could be an effort by law enforcement intelligence to flush out those with banned weapons or intentions.

I sold all my guns a week ago, for cash, in the parking lot of a local gun show. The buyer, even though he was a total stranger who I’ve never seen before or since had a valid concealed weapons permit who’s picture matched the picture on his drivers license, so I know he was a law abiding citizen and could easily pass a NICS check.
I don’t remember his name. He was medium height and medium build.
He gave me cash and I gave him my guns. There was no paperwork generated for the transaction.
I did the same thing. Of course in my state a CCW permit doesn’t have a picture but the name matched that on the picture ID. They were sold “as is” so no paperwork except the green folding kind was required by me.

Oh yes! My wife and I are huge fans of the show! We are halfway through season 4 (we started watching season 1 earlier this year and have been slowly working our way through the seasons).
You’ve given me a glimpse into season 5 and I’m definitely intrigued!
