We WILL SURVIVE!!!

Further, we don’t need this negative commentary about our “supposed” eventual loss of OUR lives and that of some of our children.,

Get up and get out and join like minded people who will fight in any and every way to win this war, to obstruct, destroy, delay dictator obozo’s attempts to destroy the Constitution, our liberty and freedom. We need fighters and doers, with ideas to share with like minded others. If you’re ready to lay down and give it up to obozo, you’re on your own. If you’re ready to fight like freedom fighters, then join up and start working at it and SAVE THIS COUNTRY.

The IRS also said that in order for an employer’s health insurance plan to pass muster with the government, it must be available to 95 percent of employees and cost no more than 9.5 percent of an employee’s wages.

This is actually based on a family of 4 and there level of poverty or not.

So let's say that you have a family of 4, the combined income of the family is less than 20K (poverty level) - their insurance premium is free (either the company or the government pays is)

The same family of 4, the combined income is $40K (above poverty level) they have to pay up to - 5.6% of the premium (I think, but that may not be exact) and the remainder of the premium is paid by the company or the government.

Now last but not least, the family of 4, whose combined income is 80K+, they are responsible for 9.8% of their premium costs, and the rest is paid by the company or the government.

This has nothing to do with insuring more people and everything with driving the companies out of offering insurance to employees. This will be the single payer health insurance plan.

CAVEATE: These were the numbers that I heard in Texas at an industry training session. I am positive that they are not locked in stone yet.

No. Discount plans not allowed. So, companies will crunch the numbers, see which is cheaper insurance or the penalty, and do that.

Bottom line, LOTS of companies will just opt to pay the penalty. Dumping people into the Medicaid pool.

And here is where things really get fun, if the company says "screw it" and stops offering benefits, or accepts the fee *which goes up exponentially year after year*, what is often not said, is that the EMPLOYEE is still MANDATED to go get insurance of their own, either through an exchange, or through an individual policy, and it must be obamacare approved policy. If they dont have the policy, when they do their taxes, they will get fined for it, and like the company, the fine raises exponentially year after year.

The second kicker, is that initially the employee fine/tax is very low, so they could skip year one or two if they were young and fairly healthy, because there is no denying anyone insurance now. They could pay a fine for the first two years, way cheaper than the policy and then literally purchase a policy on the way to the hospital after finding out they need their appendix out.

Grrrrrr

The first step taken towards that end result has effectively enslaved any student that takes out a student loan now. If it’s not paid back, the government will collect from that student....one way or another.

And the Obama administration will enslave the rest of us via higher taxes and increased dependency.

What the Obama administration is doing is diabolical.

Is there nobody to stop him? (apparently not)

“Without the protection of the Bill of Rights, we are effectively slaves to the government.”

I thought loopholes were legal? I remember years ago the IRS went to court to try to prevent taxpayers from using legal loopholes to reduce their income taxes.

They lost big-time in court!

Will the IRS clamp down on those employers who are reducing the hours of its employees, to avoid having to provide for healthcare insurance or pay the fine?

Shudder. That just bring up nightmares from that job I had in a forced unionism state. More often than not about half the employees were completely useless. Or to a liberal, you did the work of two people for half the pay.

Remember, the kicker is that the insurance must be “approved” insurance, which means that if you try to cheap it, they will change what is considered “approved”. Best bet is not to have over about 48 employees “per company”. If your company grows too much, you will have to consider forming separate companies run by relatives (that you trust of course). Note, that whatever you do, they will change the rules, eg. 40 full time and 20 part time = 50 full time employees.

Another consideration is that the IRS has unlimited resources to take you to court even if their case is nonsense....they can outlast you by running you out of money so they win by default and you’ll never get damages against them. Best to play it safe and stay well below any possible limits.

“...employers might use temporary staffing agencies...”

That is already an effective means for finding worthwhile employees; it gives you a probation period without the hassles if it is a bad fit (though you pay some money if it is a good fit).

“The Left has convinced Eric Holder’s people that the only reason they’re not all “rich” is because evil white people have stolen everything from them. This is all pretty predictable, from the French Revolution to the Bolsheviks to Mao to Pol Pot and on and on.”

A lot of evil white people voted for Obama last November; an increasing number of them have the same envy as Holder’s people. The class warfare strategy worked brilliantly for Obama; enough people chose the known failure over the successful rich guy.

“He decided not to after realizing that the full-timers and the temps would get to talking to one another and that the full-timers would quickly figure out that he was paying the temp agency about double per hour what they were making.”

In this time of falling wages, that probably wouldn’t be a problem anymore. Pay both the employees and temp agency $15 an hour (and in the end the temp will make $12); the days where a temp for a $15/hour position costs $18/hour are over.

“.... two side-by-side fast food joints would be wise to collaborate: use the same employees between them and coordinate schedules to give them all 20 hours a week at each separate business location... “

You know, that’s a completely logical and common-sense idea! I hope some of the fast food places’ managers think of it. When my grandkids were in that 18-19 year old starting out fast food jobs phase, they sure didn’t want to lose the jobs or work only 20 hours. They’re older and past that now, but other people’s grandkids and kids are in the same boat and less likely to be hired anywhere else now.

Of course this isn’t an idea we’d want to become public knowledge for obvious reasons. And the managers are usually those very kids ... who have not been taught to think outside the box in the gov’t indoctrination camps they just got out of. How could we help them think of it?
