Attorney General Eric Holder, a lightning rod of criticism from Republicans, is staying on in his job as President Barack Obama starts his second term.

A White House official said on Wednesday that Holder is among the Cabinet members who will remain in their position. He has been working on Vice President Joe Biden’s task force on finding ways to reduce gun violence after last month's mass killing in Newtown, Connecticut.

It is rare for an attorney general to serve more than four years. …

I STRONGLY believe that Holder should serve more time. Perhaps 10 to 20 years in prison.

Of course he’s staying on at Justice - the New Black Panther Party already has a chairman.

I caught one segment of The Daily Show last night. Stewart was busily skewering dirty dealings of HSBC and AIG. Stewart also took time to mention that no one was going to jail over the dirty deals, including laundering funds for terrorists and drug dealers.

Not a single mention of who is president, and why it’s up to his administration to pursue this. Not a peep.

We’re finished as a nation, it’s no longer an issue wondering IF we’ll fall, it’s only when, and how hard.

10-20 isn’t nearly long enough. Holder should get life just for Brian Terry’s death and Fast & Furious. Maybe even the needle.

Holder know he is beyond the law now and being held in contempt of Congress is an honor for him. His continued presence emphasizes the weakness of Congress and strengthens Obama’s drive for an imperial presidency.

The present bunch of Republicans in Congress are the victims of Testicular Insufficiency. This malady is caused by saying “That Ain’t My Job” to often.

Hard job playing pussy for tens of millions in cash under the table.

The Republicans in Congress are just more of the same Mafia Marxists. They are there to pretend there is choice.

Eric Holder's crime under Obama’s direction may make him liable for a few hundred counts of accessory to murder, But that is worth only 10-30 years in prison. His crime of trying to overthrow the Constitution by the Fast and Furious Gun running is High Treason, and is punishable as death by hanging.

A lot of the thugs riding high in Government today, laughing as the circumvent the Courts and Justice forget that there is a God, and He is not laughing with them.

His punishment does not stop when the rope draws short. There will be Justice for the Justice Department in the end.

Consider not giving thousands of guns to violent Mexican drug cartels.

Just wait, I hear that Christine Gregoire, former governor of WA, is being considered for head of the EPA.

Gregoire earned her Obama creds by supporting sub-bituminous coal terminals in WA State, against the wishes of her friends and supporters in WA, saying that she was under tremendous pressure from the Obama administration.

These sub-bituminous coal terminals will be another government money pit, requiring constant government subsidies because the sub-bituminous coal only sells for $12.35/ton, and that’s a good price. You cannot build terminals and docks to ship a commodity that only sells for $12.35/ton (and trending down), let alone make upgrades to the railroads that will carry the coal (Warren Buffet’s BNSF), but that is Obama’s plan and Gregoire has been facilitating it, no matter the negative environmental impacts to WA State.
