First they need to restrict the ability to use executive orders by the the president; it’s obvious there’s not enough checks and balances in this regard and it’s being abused against the offend people. He must have seen this loophole before he ran for president.

Obama cannot pass a law.
Unfortunately there are too many (low information) voters who actually disagree with us on this.

prompting a full-blown fit from conservative gun rights backers. There's also the 2nd Amendment thingy. I guess the NY Daily News isn't aware of it.

Yeah but I thought the Supreme Court has previously ruled that the President can not use an executive order to create a new law. Of course with the enemy of liberty and freedom (a.k.a. Chief Justice John Roberts) sitting on the bench no telling what can happen.

I consider this an act of war.

"The president is going to act. There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken," Biden said. "We haven't decided what that is yet."

So if the Kenyan proto-dictator nullifies 2A with the stroke of a pen in defiance our God given individual constitutional rights, (both 2A and 4A) doesn’t he forfeit his right to his office? Would this not justify an arrest, a coup, and if he resists, would he not be subjected to the punishment of a traitor?
