Biden: Obama Considering 'Executive Order' to Deal With Guns
"The president is going to act," said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. "There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required."
Biden said that this is a moral issue and that "it's critically important that we act."
Biden talked also about taking responsible action. "As the president said, if you're actions result in only saving one life, they're worth taking. But I'm convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm's way if we act responsibly."
Biden, as he himself noted, helped write the Brady bill.
Eric Holder was scheduled to be at the meeting that's currently taking place at the White House.

I probably got myself on some watch list, but I had to do it. I heard on ABC radio that Biden was going to meet with video game makers in a few days, because they want to take a "broad approach" to the gun problem. I called the White House comment line and said that the day I see Quentin Tarantino and other filth-purveying Hollywood punks who donated to the President's campaign called up to the White House to have Biden chew them out is the day I will see this as anything but another dog and pony show meant to insult my intelligence and screw with my liberties.

Nothing that violates the Constitution is legal. Some may call it legal (like the SCOTUS calling Obamacare legal) but it’s not, anymore than it would be legal for him to say, “Murder is now legal in a ten mile radius around the following coordinates” or something like that.

You had a chance (as we all did) to further our "likes" back in November. Assuming you didn't vote for Obama, you are not not getting what you would have "liked". If you did vote for Obama, you're statements are moronic and you are likely on drugs.
How did the German Jews react to an ever more hostile government. Most all of them continued wishful thinking that the law would be upheld of them and all would work out OK. You can take your pick from any number of peoples, professions, etc. that have been trampled under statism.
If you can't learn a lesson from such historical occurances, then you are doomed to experience them.
Perhaps a symbolic protest is needed. Such as when greenies turn off all their lights at an appointed time. Except this time, if Obama makes a move and patriots announce an appointed time, the air will be filled with the sounds of millions of guns being fired. Even if cities have gunshot detection equipment, that will be overwhelmed by thousands of simultaneous gunshots. I think such an action will let them know we are ready to act.

With all due respect to Southerners who fought bravely for what they thought was right, it should never be forgotten that Democrats who supported slavery fired the first shots then and are in essence firing the first shots now.

There is nothing to prevent the House from impeaching the President. In fact, the Constitution requires it if they adher to their oath to uphold it.
No problem there.
The problem is the removal which involves getting the Senate to act, which is not remotely possible.
I for one believe that the Republicans in the House have a very strong hand in the threat to impeach Obama. It certainly neutered Clinton when they did it.
If Obama DOES issue such an order, the House better start impeachment proceedings ten minutes after he issues it.

Some will, mostly those looking for some kind of political position. By a large margin, the military is OUR sons and daughters. I have already spoke with some about how they felt about a coming civil war,and what their friends opinions were. I was pretty satisfied with the feedback,to say the least...
