Vice President Joe Biden, while addressing representatives of gun safety and gun violence victims' groups, says President Obama could use "executive orders" to enact gun control measures.
VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: "The president is going to act. There are executives orders -- executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the Attorney General and all the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action, we believe is required."

The don’t even require the birth certificate to be presented in court - they just assume that it is true and correct.
I would like to see another example where the evidence does not have to be presented in court, it is assumed to true and correct and there is no opportunity to challenge it.
It is either just a game to them, or the threat they felt was strong enough to have them abandon all their principles.

Biden has a 7 point plan on guns.
It says it goes back to 1985 which is BEFORE the U S Supreme Court expressly affirmed the individual right to keep and bear arms. He should have no chance of passing any of this or having it upheld, unless union goons picket the Justices’ homes.
