This person may be the reason BHO2 has been beating the ‘dead horse’ of gun control as a smoke screen.

From WikipediaZZ:

“Esther Duflo (born October 25, 1972) is a Socialist French economist, Co-Founder and Director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, and Professor of Poverty Alleviation and Development Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Duflo is an NBER Research Associate,[2] serves on the board of the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD),[3] and is Director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research’s development economics program.[4]

Her research focuses on microeconomic issues in developing countries, including household behavior, education, access to finance, health, and policy evaluation. Together with Abhijit Banerjee, Dean Karlan, Michael Kremer, John A. List, and Sendhil Mullainathan, she has been a driving force in advancing field experiments as an important methodology to discover causal relationships in economics.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esther_Duflo

“Microeconomics”: oh boy, the very thing that BHO2’s mother was so keen on promoting in Third World countries. A type of economic policy that promotes indebtedness - keeping the poverty stricken forever poor.

BHO2 is a Marxist-Leninist. He is only a Muslim or Christian when it is poltically expedient.

“U.S. Global development policy” is another phrase meaning “redistribution of income”: namely, our earnings going to other people.

Ping for your interest. This is income redistribution.

Obama has been pushing the gun control pedal but knows it won’t succeed. So, why has he been doing that? I think this woman, Duflo, is the reason. She’s bad news all around.

Just one more reason to know that she is nothing more than a cheese-eating surrender monkey.

Hey, if you are insisting on getting a French woman, who isn't that old, to do your staff work at least get a pretty one.

The fascisti of France tried to nail Depardieu with a 75% tax rate, but he lit out for Belgium and also received a Russian passport directly from Putin to avoid taxes.

This is where we are headed, 75% tax rates, and confiscation of personal retirement funds ( IRAs, and institutional like TIAA Cref).

Poor Esther. I am afraid she will be meeting her Waterloo
if she comes to the United States.
