I agree. Under certain circumstances, rapists should be executed. However, it would have to be clear cut (the rape evidence, not the execution). I’d hate for someone to be executed for a so-called date rape, where it comes down to the word of the victim alone. Even physical evidence, i.e. DNA and tissue tearing, aren’t absolute proof a rape occurred. I think cases like this where the rapists are gloating on video should be sufficient evidence for the death penalty.

I agree. I am talking about forceable Violent rape and child rape. All subject to a court of law, but capital crime it is.
