It also is an accurate record that it was freezing cold and our members had been waiting a long time for everyone to arrive and ... Would it do any good to suggest that they could have assembled INSIDE, then when everyone was there, they go OUTSIDE and shoot the picture?

Obfuscation. The “historical record” is an altered photo.
