I guess Bachmann is a RINO now..
I wonder what he offered her?
I guess Bachmann is a RINO now..
K Street working girl. Cashing her chips in like every last one of them.
Yup, we have three more Republicans now to put on our unacceptable list? Do we have any Republicans left who are acceptable?
Yes, along with everyone else that voted for Boner. I am finished the Republican Party. He is a cry baby, sorry excuse for a man, that lacks the spine to stand on conservative principles.
Bachmann’s always been Little Ms. Personal Ambition. She and Rove go way back.
You got that right...let us now throw Bachmann under the bus as a RINO.
Time to ask Doug Hoffman from NY-23 to form a new party!
The circular firing squad is in full force. Let the democraps have it all.
Wow. Is there anybody here is who NOT a whiner today?
She always was. She, merely, used conservatives as her stepping stool. The big mouth is a deceiver. Didn’t you notice that in the primary when she lashed out at Perry and lied and didn’t touch the liberal Romney/the GOP choice? She was his loud mouth guard post. But don’t let on, she will be back to conservatives with her fork tongue when they need some buttering up to settle down and behave.
Is this the same Michele Bachmann that ran for President?
I wouldn’t call her a RINO.
However, I don’t feel that she is who people thinks she is. She’s our very own Nancy Pelosi. She says what gets her the money and the election. She doesn’t really do much else.
She’ll make noise, but what does she accomplish? Nothing really.
She’s like John Edwards.
Ever since the election I have been sitting back to watch what happens during the lame duck session of Congress. I have already accepted the sad fact that the Republicans where not going to do anything about all the illegal activity that took place on election day. I even begrudgingly accept the fact that they will never bring up charges of impeachment against Obama. However, for them to be so afraid of him as too give into this farce of a deal is too much for me to accept.
We all agree that America is no longer the country we grew up to love, fight for, and respect. Heck, every January 1st there are hundreds of thousands of new laws on the books that take a little more of our rights away. Sadly, while telling us to keep the faith because they will stand in the breach to keep us free, the Republican party continually does the opposite by making deals with the Democrats. The Republicans have their DNA all over the very laws they tell us they will stand against, and this fiscal cliff deal is just one more example of their many broken promises.
In my 15 years here, I have done my share of debating many fellow FReepers who thought we should abandon the Republican party. My argument has always been on the side that a third party vote, or even a non vote would only help the Democrats. Well this latest broken promise is the last straw for me. No more. From here on out I will argue for and support a third party.
It is time, hell it's way past time for a revolution that will lead to the replacement of the Republican party.
Yep...that must be it. :)
What amazes me is that soooo many well-meaning conservatives here on FR hate John Boehner...and they join the liberal media, the Obamugabe administration, and the kooks at DU with the same hatred.
Boehner isn’t above criticism...but he isn’t the spawn of Satan.
Shame on Bachmann!
Now I know she is a faux conservative.
Unless things don’t change fast an early forecast for the 2016 race is fatass RINO Christie against communist/socialist Thunder-thighs Klintoon. The lamestream media loves both of them. Not a day goes by that I don’t hear that Spankie is the most popular republican in the country and that old
Thunder-thighs has the highest favorability ratings in the history of the world. Lord, save this country from more of the crooks from Arkansas and from any liberal closet democrat like Fatty Arbuckle Jr. from New Joursey.
I saw MB true character when she and her campaign went after Gov Palin///I have no use for her
I think their perspective involved any candidate to replace Boehner. No one was willing to take the job. At least, they weren’t willing to go public.
Bachman, herself, would have been one of the possibilities. Others possibilities: Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor, and Darrell Issa.
None stepped forward.
