The following letter, written by U.S. Marine Joshua Boston and headlined “No ma’am.,” was posted in the CNN iReport on Dec. 27 with the included note from the producer and photo. It has struck a nerve with many and is being circulated around social media venues like Twitter and Facebook.
Senator Dianne Feinstein,
I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.
I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.
I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.
I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.
We, the people, deserve better than you.

Sorry, bad as liberal females are, I’ve ZERO sympathy for those who would stop conservative women from voting while allowing every left wing looney male the right to vote. So I go to vote and get turned away, while Michael Moore, Harry Belafonte and the like can walk right in.

If that happens, you can bet Americans will rally around him. This is what we need to have happen, actually.. For starters, a fund set up for him via website would take care of all his financial needs for life, and then some.. If he gets ‘cut off’ by the gov’t, a website fund in his name will more than compensate for any benefits due to him.

Chill woman. Unfortunately a chip on your shoulder prevents you from enjoying a powerful letter written to end abuse.

Watch him get sanctioned by the brass for making a political statement under the auspices of his position as a serviceman. Feinstein and all the little Obamatons will quietly demand it.

I've got to say that he sounds like he disrespects a woman who is a total hypocrite and also a man who is totally bad. I don't think it's the same thing you experienced.

I don’t feel that his contempt is directed toward all women,just to the one he wrote the letter to.We must all be careful that our life experience doesn’t taint our judgement.
Dear Senator Feinstein:
If you plan to register and or confiscate guns, I recommend you begin in the urban centers of America.

Really? How did they do in the last presidential election?
If you choose to use this letter’s content addressed to any and all liberal leaning federal representatives, may I suggest that you hand write the letter and send it via the USPS. I’m told that congressional offices estimate that one handwritten letter represents the position of 1500 constituents. eMail letters are counted for far fewer constituents.
This construct may have changed over time, so if anyone had more current information, please correct me accordingly...
