The government will come up with a regulation defining 29ers as an illegal tax avoidance scheme. Unless the employer can demonstrate that the sole purpose for 29ers is something other than to avoid complying with the law.

Oh, come on. That's not the only way. You will also get medical care if you are a government employee, a union member, a regular contributor to the democrat party or are a minority, homosexual, atheist or illegal alien (if you are all four the doctor will make a house call).

i'm sending all of my medical complaints and questions to my congressman for answers, and when he delays, i'll be visiting his field offices demanding some answers from their boss who is a lazy no good drunk.

This really isn’t about you subsidizing anyone.
