Charlie Hebdo shall do this? Something tells me that it will “enrage Muslims.”

You can say a lot about the French [and you’d probably be right] but you’ve got to give them some credit for standing up for their culture.

That editor has courage. You will never see any such work in an American publication. However American editors “fearlessly” will rip the Pope, Catholic and Christian figures on a regular basis.

No such thing as a ‘higher muslim mind’...they are all inbred, seventh-century barbarians adhering VERY closely to the lunatic ravings of their pedophile prophet.
My guess is that this will spawn some more violent muzzie responses...if history serves as a guide.

Well, there’s no such thing as a tolerant Muslim.
And pictures of Mohammed are absolutely forbidden. So there’s no way this can be acceptable, no matter who writes the text or what it says.

On facebook, a poster calling himself "No Dog but Allah" posts cartoons like this, which I think would be very similar.

I think it would be funny to make Mohammed comics that would circulate on the Internet underground. Published (unauthorized) by the Democratic National Committee, DNC comics would be less charitable to Mohammed or Islam.
Various stories could begin with caricature narration from well known Democrats. For instance, Harry Reid could narrate the story of how Mohammed sodomized his first goat.

Of course it’s going to piss the muskies off. Making pictures of the Big Muskie is out of bounds to them. Expect more firebombs.
