Larry Alan Burns is a federal district judge in San Diego."
He should just move to the gun-free zone of Washington, DC.

So far, Chief Laniers office will only say it has launched an investigation into the matter. One law for liberal elites - one law for the rest of us. Thuggishly charming in a third world kind of way...
NOW we understand why liberal elites hate the Constitution - it's a piece of paper that offers equality... eff NBC and all creeps who work there.
Now we know...

NBC staff had contacted the Metropolitan Police Department in advance seeking permission to violate the citys rules for the stunt "Rules"? My understanding is that it is the law in D.C. and the Metropolitan Police Department has no authority to begin with to tell someone they may break the law. Good for them for telling him not to, now prosecute the law breaking bastard.

I wish those who hate the Constitution (Marxists, leftists, Christophobic Islamofascists) would have the intellectual honesty to propose that the Bill of Rights simply be repealed. It would be a "teachable moment".
We have a phony constitutional right to get free abortions on demand. So, why can't I walk in to a gun store and get a free gun under the right to bear arms? Wouldn't that be an "equal protection" argument under the penumbra of the distorted SCOTUS?

A lib’s definition of equal protection is a law that only applies to conservatives.
