Yes, it’s a Richard Blum.

Of course that Blum could be a Janet Napolitano in reality, one relly never knows with the freak show that is the democrat party.

Let’s make sure Everyone here gets a real good, revolting whiff of Senator Hypocrite, “If I could get 51 votes in the Senate I’d say turn them all in Mr and Mrs America” Shall We?

http://weaselzippers.us/2012/12/19/flashback-dem-sen-dianne-feinstein-i-carried-a-concealed-weapon-if-somebody-was-going-to-try-and-take-me-out-i-was-going-to-take-them-with-me/

And the man who married her?

Richard Blum is the Chairman of the University of California Board of Regents.
http://spot.us/pitches/337-investors-club-how-the-uc-regents-spin-public-funds-into-private-profit/updates/590-senator-dianne-feinsteins-education-conflict

“As documented in a previous investigation, a series of conflicts of interest appear to exist between the University of California and some members of the UC Regents. Among the most notable are UC’s $53 million investment in ITT Educational Services and Career Education Corporation, two for-profit educational corporations that are largely owned by Blum Capital Partners, a company run by Richard C. Blum, a regent who sits on the UC investment committee.

Watchdog organizations have characterized the overlapping investments between UC and Blum Capital Partners as conflicts of interest. But Mr. Blum’s conflicting interests extend beyond California higher education institutions to the legislative floor of the U.S. Congress, where Mr. Blum’s spouse, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-California), has taken legislative action that has financially benefited Blum Capital Partners.

In a bill that continues to have positive financial impacts for Mr. Blum, Sen. Feinstein introduced legislation that has directly benefited her husband’s investments in ITT Educational Services and Career Education Corporation. In February 2007, Sen. Feinstein and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-California) called for an increase in federal tuition aid by $20 billion over five years via Pell Grants to low-income students attending community and for-profit colleges. This measure, which became part of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act, became law in September 2007.”

Blum was appointed by Gov. Grey Davis who got yanked out of office by the voters in a special recall election after he turned out the lights in rolling black outs.

Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey got Nothing on These Clowns.

Mandated finger-printing is biopower in action: aiming to separate gun-owners from civil society.

We already have the ‘dangerous individual’ of criminology; the ‘mentally ill’ of psychiatry; the ‘insane individual’ of the judiciary.

Soon we’ll have the ‘gun owner’ of the Obama tyranny.

Hey Dianne, why don't you tell us where these guns in Mexico came from?

1st Hint: F & F
2nd Hint: Starts with "H"
3rd Hint: Starts with an "O" and ends with "BAMA."

This has little chance of passing, but would be a nightmare if it did. It would certainly make more criminals, which may be the real intent.

It will not pass as proposed. However, there will be compromise, 50% or more of the new laws will be enacted, and everyone in congress will feel good.

Nightmare is correct. Many sheeple will comply and those that hold out will be criminals, subject to arrest and prosecution..

I certainly believe congress should go back and review exactly what policies led up to the confrontations at Lexington & Concord.

Obama and the MSM are trying to characterize gun-owners as mentally ill, insane, dangerous; soon they’ll put ‘em not in a mental institution with forced-fed psychotropic drugs; not in prison; but in special CAMPS.

This may be a first offer, so Obama can show how moderate he is in only seeking a ban on manufacture and registration of existing weapons outside of NFA rules and fees.

Evil Republicans don’t want to compromise, and be reasonable and nice.

Get it? I remember when you could stuff a check and an order form in an envelope and get your rifle in the mail.

Voting these B@stards in is what got us into this mess, and that was done without an ID.

Of course, I'll do everything within what little power I have to help defeat this sort of registration scheme.

In extremis, I may be old, but I'll still be able to vote from the rooftops. If they are foolish enough to push the issue, I'll do my best to make my last ballots count.

Funny..... It’s the scare tactics by the libs to restrict and confiscate guns that is driving citizens to “get me one” while I still can. All the gun ranges in my area have waiting lines for available lanes.

Pass that and I’ll be a criminal. Which puts me in good company I guess since the entire FedGov is criminal too.

If this actually passes, good luck trying to enforce it.

Let me guess: You think the ATF actually got rid of those background check records as the law requires?
