You want to worry about this guy, fine. He's a card carrying liberal, so I doubt seriously if he would ever get charged with a crime. They are already in cover up mode. Now the ATF supposedly told NBC it was okay. In the meantime, Freepers are having fun with it and it does show the absurdity of the situation. There really wasn't any reason that NBC felt compelled to have this magazine on their show, except that they feel like liberals are above the law.
