A current “legal” scam going on in my community & probably everywhere is minority complaints of discrimination in the workplace. Many complaints are from black women. Word around town is that some of the black churches are actively promoting these complaints & coaching the women. Companies usually settle out of court, so some black women are making a mint doing this.
Now, it seems, this may go full circle.
Without looking, I have no doubt of the race of Lynette Gaymon. Her racism stands out like a sore thumb. Clearly, she has violated the child's rights, with malice. The kid should clean up in court. Ka-Ching!
Now, as these racists become ever more blatant, & they are every day, decent Americans can make some big paydays at the expense of the racist, Rat controlled schools. For the cost of a t-shirt, these people are gonna start to pay for their evil - big time.

Gosh, if students were allowed concealed carry on campus, the girl could have whipped out a Glock and told the teacher:
“Back off byotch, I am defending my 1st Amendment rights and you are a being a fascist.”

What kind of educator acts this way?"
Many of the "educators" in Germany in the '30s.

All too typical government school Marxist indoctrination hard at work.
No wonder our country is going to hell in a handbasket.

Well yep: She is black..No surprise there.
Her students held a Rally and said she would never intentionally embarrass a student like this.
I gues it was unintentional. Just a reflex action of being black and having her Messiah challenged.
No problem this kid is wasting her time going after the melanindefended teacher-— in Philadelphia yet.LOL.

The teacher allegedly told the teen that Charles Carroll was a “Democratic” school....................................... Why was she there? Did she really expect to learn anything in a Democrat School other than how to get entitlements? I’m sooo Glad Obama is ending the divisiveness in our country with Democratic Schools. Soon all schools will be “Democratic” schools, then there will really be no more divisiveness throughout the land. We will be One Folk, One Country and One leader. Obama’s Picture will remain on the school walls once he is made President for life. Something to look forward to. :(

... for the taxpayer who pays the cost."The taxpayer" is the employer of this teacher, making "him" responsible for her actions in the course of her employment. Maybe if the taxpayer gets hit for enough additional costs due to the behavior of his employees, he'll rethink his commitment to supporting the system in which they work.
He could support a system in which he was able to hold his employees personally accountable, or, if he doesn't have children attending school, he could support a system in all the responsibility falls on those who either do have school-children or who volunteer to participate.
