Great post. Her last remark is key and the government has absolutely NO RIGHT to issue any kind of gun ban, per the Constitution.
The firearms listed in 0bama’s gun ban list are all the weapons the government fears could be used against THEM.

So if the Second Amendment was created to protect We the People from a tyrannical government.. then why is it gun laws favor the government in having the distinct technical advantage over the people?
For example the government can have fully automatic guns with unlimited magazine capacity.
