Senators Warner & Webb -
PLEASE do not be a part of a knee-jerk reaction to the horror of Newtown, CT by trying to develop or pass new gun laws! We first need to enforce the existing ones.
There is no law conceivable that would have prevented the murder of these children by a madman - and, any law passed would have no effect on those who don’t obey laws anyway! They would only punish those of us who are law-abiding citizens, which I am because I have a concealed-carry permit.
Well, I can think of one law that would have prevented this: teachers and administrators being allowed to have weapons in the schools after rigorous training.

Please have one of your staff get the definition of “infringe” used in the 2nd Amendment. Already, without question, our rights are being seriously infringed upon.
Please do not violate our Constitution by adding another infringement to our 2nd Amendment rights.
Its our fault. We allowed them to cross the very first line from “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED” to a little gun control here and a little gun control there so why should the gun grabbers stop?
We did nothing when they violated the 2nd Amendment so all they are doing is going a little further, then a little further, then a little further....
I might be easier to ask, what portions of the US Constitution is the Federal government currently obeying? Damn little IMO.

We all need to do this NOW and pass along the message to other 2nd amendment supporters.
The VA Delegates and Senators go into session less than a month from now, would be helpful to send the same message to them as well.
