This still does not clear Clinton or Obama. After all, they hired these people. If the people they hired didn’t do their job, then Obama and Clinton are guilty of not having very good abilities at evaluating their staff members. If that is true...then why should they be allowed to run the country? They can’t even pick people who are qualified to work on their staff.
The report is a pack of lies, designed to clear the chiefs and single out Indians to be thrown under the you-know-what. They didn’t just wait until there was an imminent threat before taking action. They then deliberately made a decision and did not take action. Does that constitute impeachable treason? I don’t know, but it’s dancing on the edge at best.
