Not even Obama, much as he would no doubt like to, can simply `erase’ a Constitutional amendment.
Can he unilaterally overturn immigration laws and openly refuse to enforce federal laws such as DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) without Congressional approval? I’d just be curious to know if he can do that.. Just curious..
You are RIGHT ON. The WH clown has already "tested" the Congress on many occasions and the WH buffoon knows Congress does not have the backbone and will do NOTHING to stop him. All he has to do is write an EO no matter how unconstitutional it is. Sheeple in America give up a rousing cheer for "their Lord and Savior".
