OK: Lets give the State Department a stretch and say they are not to blame. They didn’t add security when they shouldhave, but they are not to blame.

I can go along with that.

But when the attack was happening-—a 7 hour attack—men on the ground fighting for their lives—some asshole in Washington DC watching the whole thing go down ,sitting there in the sutuation room with his feet up on the desk said, Fug them, they are on their own.

I think you're giving Obama far too much credit. He was conspicuously absent from the scene the entire time. With his history of drug and alcohol abuse, he could have very well been zoned out in a drug induced stupor looking at himself in the mirrors in the Oval Office.
