With one shot, an off-duty sheriff’s deputy took down a gunman who attempted to opened fire at a crowded movie theater lobby during a late night showing of “The Hobbit” in San Antonio, WOAI reports.

Most of these incidents are suicides, staged to get maximum publicity. Sometimes the coward changes his mind at the last minute
BTW according to Lott’s research, most of these mass shootings take place where the shooter has planned and chosed a site where the victims are unarmed and unable to fight back. The Aurora theater shooter bypassed several theaters close to his apartment, to choose one where
“NO FIREARMS” signs were posted
Cafeteria and clock tower pre-concealed carry. One a military base where their rules apply. the church, before they lifted its gun free zone status. Its these events which led us to today.....
BTW I was on campus for the clock tower shooting, a deputy shot him too!

She will be charged with a ADA crime since the shooter was helpless and could not defend himself. She is sure to be convicted and sent to prison for this.
We all know how helpless you are on the pot and she knew it too. She should have waited until he was through and properly wiped before she shot him.
I'd be more afraid of some nut setting fire to the place.

Of course, if the theater was ablaze you wouldn't even be able to warn the other moviegoers because you can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater.
Walt whitman was shot by a local with his own rifle. There were people at the Luby’s that left their guns in the car because it was illegal to carry inside the restaurant.

They have, the demasculation of our males in America has been going on for years.
The shooter’s first mistake was attempting this in Texas. I visited some friends once in Dallas and we went to a movie. I must have seen a half dozen people in the theater that were openly carrying.

We do a better job here than any place I know of in the US. Perhaps, oh sarcastic one, you can tell us where it's done better ?
Do a better job of what, exactly? Texas is above the national average in basically every criminal statistic.

walt may have bored people in English 301 to death on campus, but charles most definitely took the less creative route.
