It was maybe 5 years ago that the police put out an internal notice that they’d given up on downtown because of the gangs and other low lifes.
That is not the reality of downtown San Antonio. I work at many different venues across the whole downtown area at all times of the day and night. What you posted is simply not true. And besides, the Mayan Theater complex is not downtown.
