There is only one plausible use for these F-16s - an attack on Israel. Israel cannot rely on the US for any assistance and needs to make sure that these jets, along with the ones already in Egypt, have various mysterious system problems that the Egyptians cannot fix.

I read above that Egypt already has 200 of them, and I would think already fully operational. If so, what will a difference of 20 make?
