I am so glad I retired from this cr@p.

You're not alone. My father would not recognize the Air Force he served in back in 1951-53. I can't believe what has happened even since the 70s. And the guys who flew these wouldn't even be certain today who actually won the friggin' war:

“And the guys who flew these wouldn’t even be certain today who actually won the friggin’ war”

Anyone who fought for freedom and liberty would know that we lost.

Agree. 3rd generation vet here. Grandad WW 1 infantry, Dad Navy Normandy
Medic, me Nam.

We fought for freedom, honor and country.

Today the fight is internal based on feelings/emotions.

None of us who saw what the reality of what evil is, can imagine those pushing these agendas to be capable of delivering what we did.

They are lucky we had the courage we did......

“liberty” offends the left more than “belles”

You have naked traitors who LIED TO CONGRESS IN A TIME OF WAR TO AID THE ENEMY ARMY being talked up for a cabinet position in the next administration.

This certainly isn’t the America of old. This is the 1968 Communist revolutionary red diaper doper babies grown older but not wiser.

Interesting. While there seemed to be no firm rule during a brief exposure I had to SAC in the early 70’s the ‘nose art’ and naming of aircraft seemed to have been considerably sanitized from the Big War. The wing commander's aircraft was named ‘The City of Spokane’ and that pretty much set the tone . Others were named ‘The Hammer of Freedom’, ‘The Lightning Express’ and one simply ‘Mailed Fist’. No cuties, no pin ups just names that either commemorated some part of the US or exalted military might.
