From what I’ve heard the Michigan supreme court is heavily conservative, which most likely means if a court strikes it down it won’t be at state level. Besides, RTW laws are in use through out the USA and I doubt any grounds for striking it down could be found.

yeah, that's the bad part - stull like this always has to go through the Hacks in Black for several years before it ever gets implemented.
