After a few post-Hurricane Sandy weeks of new jobless claims hitting over 400,000, it looks as though we´ve settled back into the new and accepted normal of new claims landing somewhere in the 360,000 to 390,000 range. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, this week saw 370,000 new claims filed. Keep in mind, though, that it´s only in Barack Obama´s America that we´ve learned to celebrate any number under 400,000. We´re nowhere near the point where our economy creates enough jobs to keep up with those lost every week. But because the media will never

U6? My guess in the 17.5% or even 18% range. This is theirs now... However, they’ll never own up to it. If Oblamo got reelected with $4 gas, 8% unemployment, lie after lie, 5 trillion in new debt, shoving HCR down our throats, stimulus, etc, etc etc... he can now get away with anything! SUCKS!

Be interesting to see what he blames his failures on the the second term. In the first term he blamed it all on former President Bush. Well, this time around he's inherited a real mess from his predecessor - much worse than anything they even imagined or spun about 2008/2009.

I half way expect they'll keep trying to blame former President Bush. Boy, I guess we didn't know how bad we had it when we could pick our own healthcare or no healthcare, unemployment was around 6%, and gas was $1.70 a gallon. Soooo glad we have all this "improvement" under hussein.

No surprise here for the intelligent.

The November numbers were cooked to help steal the election, and we all knew it.

Only one of their many tactics to guarantee the hijacking would be a success.

Benghazi lies.........110% of registered voters voting......etc......

The new meme is that unemployment checks are good for the economy

Which means the higher unemployment goes, the better the economy for the sheeples...

If we could just get rid of those stubborn 20th-century types who bitterly cling to their jobs, we could ALL be RICH! I'm all packed and ready for my $4 million dollar vacation...
