Dozens of Chinese mothers are giving birth to their babies in a house atop a hill in a wealthy neighborhood of Chino Hills, California - and they're paying thousands of dollars for the privilege. Neighbors say the home is a 'maternity mansion,' a hotel where Chinese women stay for the last few months of their pregnancy so their children are born on American soil - and are therefore American citizens. Experts say the practice is widespread and that authorities are nearly powerless to stop it. The 14th Amendment guarantees that any person born in the United States is an American citizen and is afforded all the rights granted by the Constitution.

The Constitution was not intended to be used in this way. So the “authorities” could stop it if they wanted to. If the SC can find ways to legitimize Obamacare then it certainly can find that the Amendment doesn’t cover this type of crap.
The 14th amendment was to give slaves citizenship after the Civil War.
United States has the most lax immigration laws in the world. Next door Mexico is 100 times more strict with illegals.
A nation that will not protect it’s borders is a traitor to it’s people and will be at the mercy of the worlds criminal cultures.
The illegal Mexicans will soon shut it down.
Correct : Every other country knows WHO is in their country from abroad, and where they reside. Every Asian country has strict control on their borders.

I’m torn between being mad at the instant citizenship and being mad at myself for not coming up with this way to make money sooner!

Burn it down. I’m serious, give them twenty minutes notice and then torch it. This is a slow motion invasion from Latin America and from Asia and something must be done.
Okay, we were just looking at a Bed and Breakfast to buy and use as an event venue.......but this seems like a much easier way to make money. hmmmmmmm
