American businesses leave this country for one reason only:

Says it all. Many thanks for posting. This sabotage started years ago is impacting us in the last decade. Now we are left blowing bubbles to hype up an out of wack economy. Real Estate was a good bubble while lasted. Now we have the last bubble for a long time. The Federal Reserve buying up Treasury issued debt and the prediction it will have 5 trillion of it on its books in a few years

Things will get very interesting because the Federale Reserve is a private bank. Not some USG agency that is at least theoretically accountable, even smart people like Mark Steyn believe this. He made that mistake last week.

That leads to Democrats getting re-elected and then causing even more damage.

We obviously need to deregulate in a very big way. Unshackle American businesses. Our overbearing regulations are strangling American business. At the same time we need to regulate how foreign businesses interact in the US marketplace, especially our adversaries that are becoming increasingly belligerent towards us. It’s simple really and a matter of self preservation. You can bet that China does it.

For a third time and final this is not quite accurate; in fact it implies all foreign corporations pay US corporate income tax which is not accurate at all.

I'm glad you are approaching the final time. Here's the comment to which I responded:

If the products produced by US companies inside the US are going to be taxed at 35%, it is only fair to levy a stiff tax on imports to level the playing field.

It is as "not quite accurate" as mine, why don't you apply the same standard? And why aren't you arguing that the tax be removed on U.S. companies for their operations overseas? That would "level the playing field," since the U.S. is practically the only industrialized country in the world to punish its corporations in such a fashion.

The hypocrisy meter is pegged on the Republican side, they claim Freedom while dealing with third world dictators and Communists. But the real hypocrisy is blaming the "lazy" US worker for being the problem, wanting freebees while outsourcing their jobs to make a few pennies on the dollar..

I’ve done research. I have yet to find a company on the brink of bankruptcy that moved to China and was saved. The manufacturers that moved to China Apple etc. were all very profitable, They moved to make a few more pennies on the dollar and motivated by ChiCom government bribery to individuals.

Actually you responded to a comment from Soul of the South speculating about an issue of fairness, to wit leveling the playing field: "IF ...". Raising taxes on foreign corporations was spoken of as a method of "leveling the playing field" if a certain condition existed.

My post contributed the information that corporations both foreign and domestic, especially large corporations, were very creative in avoiding corporate income taxes.

You seem to have confused Soul's speculation and suggestion, and my additional information both as across the board recommendations for raising taxes.

Tariffs.... Great if instituted by the right people but the right intelligent pro-America people will not be running DC for the foreseeable future.
