Because they do not change,
Therefore they do not fear God.
I will check each of them. I expect the original Greek or Hebrew word translates to “Reverence” rather than fear.
“phobeo” also translates as “to be in awe, to revere, to hold in reverence.

Traced every one of these scriptures back and the two words translated to fear in the edition you use can also be translated as reverence. (I use Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance)
Tell me, how can you be in fear and also: Matthew 22:37
He said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
2 Thessalonians 3:5
