I left work a little late so I missed a bit. Jim was talking about how thanks to obamacare we’ll be a nation of part time jobs. We’ll have to work 2 30 hour jobs each week instead of 1 40 hour full time job. And the poorest still won’t have health care coverage.
It is fascism. Everything will be controled by the government.
Wow, just caught his piece on voter fraud. 60 people from a daycare for the mentally disabled taken to the polls to vote.
Obama did not win. I knew from the day of the elections - watching tv that night - that the election was stolen. It is clear as a bell. The dems will use any means necessary. If voter ID is not made law in Pa, Ohio, Virginia and other states in question, the dems will continue to steal elections More and more, I realize the precious privilege that is the right to vote. If we don’t do something to protect that privilege, then we will continue to hand our country over to tyrants until we will have lost all rights.
Yup the registering the people in the home was on as I was typing. Disgusting! The left has NO respect for the foundations of our country!

BTW there was a youngish priest on a Catholic prgram last night giving a mass. IIRC his name was Father Anthony Mary. He gave a wonderful sermon and was nothing like our local priests who are all into social justice and unions.

I read here on FR that the FBI is supposed to “investigating” (yep, I’m as funny as Greg Gutfield now!) voting machines that (shazam!) registered Romney votes for Dear Leader. Imagine they will be really through and dig deep and issue subpoenas....(wiping tears from my eyes that is solo funny).
So Yinz will laugh...but I didn’t have to be “anywhere” yesterday...so I cleaned my closet (not because I’m a organized person) nope...because I had to find a tiny, light up Santa that has been AWOL for years. Found him! Now I have to take Advil today becuse back is killing me. Moved all the Christmas stuff (and went to Target for LED lights—$8 a set woo hoo!!!). Now to put all the stuff I found “up.”
Was that on EWTN? I seem to remember a Fr Anthony Mary on that station. We’re going to the Christmas concert at my inlaws Presby church. It’s a great way to celebrate the season! My FIL is in it. He has a deep, beautiful voice. Sang the Lord’s Prayer to me and hubby at our wedding. Anyway, their choir is BEAUTIFUL! They sing more Latin songs than our Catholic church!

I laugh every time I hear that girl. To me, she epitomizes the average democrat voter. Unfair, I know, but I’m just playing by democrat rules!
The entire weekend and yesterday mrs p6 was hauling Christmas stuff out. It’d all over the place.
Howse come when you put the Chrstmas lights away they are all tested, working and untangled but when you unpack them it’s a rats nest of non working lights and none of the replacment lamps fit the sockets?
We have our outside lights and decorations up, a tree with lights in the living room and my little aluminum tree with red ornaments also in the living room.
Mrs p6 isn’t happy with the lights on the tree so I think she and her brother are going to get some new lights today. Hope they get the LED type!
Yeah, my closets get cleaned only when necessary - like when I had the moth and moth larvae infestation. Hey, I got a free juicer and a Bunn coffee maker for my efforts. I’m wrapping up the juicer for Mr S for Christmas.
I’m still looking for our Christmas stockings. Have no idea what I did with them. I made them the first year we were married. Looks like I’ll be cleaning another closet.
I was on the Walmart Black Friday Cyber Monday site and found a 23 quart pressure cooker/canner! It just arrived yesterday. We’re wrapping it up for Christmas too. I can’t wait to open it! LOLOL!!! Something for our prepper efforts. Mr S wants to try canning chicken soup! We pretty much know what we’re getting for Christmas. Except he doesn’t know that I got him a really nice gas grill in September. It is stored at my inlaws. He was salivating over it last summer. :-))
Yes...ETWN...that girl was so irritating I couldn’t remember! I teresting that I’m a Presby but like listening to mass on ETWN sometimes. Maybe because when I grew up it was a familt tradition for the entire family to gather for Christmas Eve dinner then go to the Episcapalian midnight mass at Trinity Cathederal in downtown Pgh.
My brothers had been choirboys there and our father was somehow very influential. The entire first row in the balcony was always reserved for us. How that was arranged I have no clue! The mass was in Latin and it was always wonderful.
When we got home, usually around 2AM, there would be a Catholic mass from Rome on TV and we would watch that.
Good grief! Just realized EWTN...ETWN...and other stuff. Being severely dyslexic makes typing on my tablet even harder! It’s so bad that if I memorize a number like 1234....I KNOW thst when I type it, it will come out like 1324 so I automatically adjust.
Just typing the numbers in that last sentence was a struggle, LOL!
Have them Check Target. They had all their LEDs on sale. $8 a set. I got 3 sets of big (old fashioned) looking c7s (25 lights per string but they are bright!) they are completely cool—no heat at all, so they can stay on all the time. I also got 3 boxes of c5s in clear, faceted white (doing 2 trees this year). Going to add the new LEDS to the reg twinkle lights we have & next year replace those little lights w/LEDs. We have two artificial trees.
LOLZ...(sadly) no small appliances found...but located my tiny blow mold plastic Santa from my childhood. And a earring necklace set from Avon (that I thought I had lost)...it was a good day!
I have seen Fr. Mary before. He is younger and gives me hope for future of faith. Some of the locals around here...not so much:(

I found 55 gal plastic barrels on craigslist... Got four for $5 each. They’re missing the caps, though, and will be used as gardening containers like A. Morgan’s. Then found more that are nice and complete, need clenaing, for $12 each. Got three, going to get more.
