Since his first appeal in 1997, Post's attorneys have argued that his weight, of more than 450 pounds, in combination with the state's death penalty drug protocols creates a certainty of, "substantial risk for serious and psychological pain" and a "torturous and lingering death."

Kill the lawyers first. 'nuff said.

The kind of long painful lingering death these lawyers want for a fetus about to be aborted. What was its time allowed in the womb? Less than eight months? And this creep has been on death row kept there by his lawyers for how long, exactly??

Lawyers are just doin’ their job, trying to get the best outcome for their clients. Guilty or innocent would you want your lawyer to do less?
