The White House "kill list"--a regularly updated chart showing the world's most wanted terrorists used by President Barack Obama during kill or capture debates--may soon be getting a rule book to go with it.
Until now, President Obama has had the "final moral calculation" overseeing the "kill list," the existence of which was first revealed in May in the wake of a drone strike that killed an al-Qaida leader.
But according to the paper, administration officials are looking to curb the power of the commander in chief with the rule book:

I imagine that the executive branch is making rules that it wants to make. That is really some amazing accountability. /sarc

I think it is interesting to know that the person responsible with writing rules to “limit” Obama’s power to assassinate people works for.... Obama.

Times are tough on a lot of us, but if you've got a job, really, $5 a month? You're going to miss that? How about turning off the lights when you leave the room? How about dropping the thermostat a degree while you're not at home? How about skipping that fancy pants coffee twice a month?
All we're asking for is $5 a month. Get out that wallet, input your Debit/Credit card #, set up a monthly and forget about it.

Will this new “rule book” talk about NOT LEAVING OUR PEOPLE BEHIND?

Fact One:
1) Only the POTUS can authorize a CBA (cross border authority) command for a rescue mission in a foreign nation.
Plus Fact Two:
2) No rescue mission was attempted.
Equals Fact Three:
3) 0bama turned his back on 41 State Dept. and CIA employees refusing to issue a CBA command and went to bed so he could go to Las Vegas the next day.
