1. Pass ObaMao's proposed tax increase on the wealthy under the condition that it is a temporary tax.
   
2. ObaMaoCare is suspended as long as the tax is in effect.
   
3. Congress becomes subject to ObaMaoCare as soon as it is put back into effect with a modification of the "temporary" tax.
